Original Pokemon: Dusknoir
New Pokemon: Ducknoir
Type: Dark/Flying
Abilities: Limber, Justified, Pressure (HA)
Stats: 85/115/65/45/115/100
Weight: 75.3 kg
Movepool Changes: Add Knock Off, Roost, Brave Bird, Dual Wingbeat, Night Slash, Parting Shot, Defog, Taunt, and Tailwind. Remove elemental punches, Will-O-Wisp, Earthquake, Pain Split, and Poltergeist.

Height: 2.2 m
Flavor / Explanation: Dusknoir but it's a huge duck with a big yellow beak and a detective motif. Imo I think it would feel like one of Daffy Duck's alter egos.
Competitive Role: Absolutely nutty do-it-all dark/flying type. With the options it has and its stat distribution, it could easily be slapped anywhere on a team.

:bellossom: :drifloon:
Original Pokemon: Bellossom
New Pokemon: Balloonssom
Type: Flying
Abilties: Floaty, Chlorophyll | Solar Power (HA)
Stats: 80 / 60 / 70 / 105 / 85 / 90 (490)
Height: 0.4 m
Weight: 3.1 kg
Movepool Changes:
- All Grass Moves, All Poison Moves, Curse, Cut, Drain Punch, Infestation, Quiver Dance
+ Aerial Ace, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Assist, Bounce, Copycat, Defog, Double Hit, Encore, Energy Ball, Explosion, Feint, Fly, Focus Blast, Follow Me, Gust, Hurricane, Mirror Move, Knock Off, Lovely Kiss, Me First, Metronome, Minimize, Morning Sun, Play Nice, Quick Attack, Razor Wind, Recycle, Roost, Self-Destruct, Shadow Ball, Sing, Sky Attack, Sky Drop, Sonic Boom, Splash, Spotlight, Supersonic, Swift, Tackle, Taunt, Tearful Look, U-Turn, Weather Ball, Whirlwind, Wrap, Wring Out
Floaty - This pokemon cannot be grounded by any attacks.

Flavor / Explanation:
Balloonssom is quite close to Bellossom in terms of looks, however the pokemon's petal skirt is lifted up (e.g. Hisuian Lilligant), and it's flower crown is miraculously on it's head despite balloon-esque flowers coming out the top. It's legs are small & stubby.

Dex Entry 1: Balloonssom are extremely friendly pokemon, they are popular at daycares and grade schools due to their kind nature and careful-ness with children.
Dex Entry 2: Balloonssom general jump and float to many locations, as it's faster than trying to walk/run everywhere with their small legs
Dex Entry 3: It took a while for some places to accept Balloonssom, thanks to other... balloon related pokemon being dangerous.

Competitive Role:
Balloonssom is an interesting one. Despite aspirations of being a sun sweeper, Bellossom has an interesting speed tier, coupled with it's typing and movepool. Add these along side it's utility in moves like Taunt, Defog, and Encore. As well as pivoting out with Drypass & U-Turn, Balloonssom looks towards just trying to get something done during the game, which isn't too hard when it has plenty of things to do.

Utility (Balloonssom) @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Leftovers
- Knock Off / Hurricane
- Taunt / Whirlwind
- Encore / Defog
- U-Turn

Chloro Sweeper (Balloonssom) @ Heat Rock / Life Orb / Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Chlorophyll
- Sunny Day
- Growth
- Air Slash
- Energy Ball / Weather Ball

:roserade:
Original Pokemon: Roserade
New Pokemon: Roseshade
Type: Poison / Dark
Abilities: Merciless | Technician
Stats: 60 / 108 / 77 / 95 / 65 / 110 (515)
Height: 1 m
Weight: 11.3 kg
Movepool Changes:
- All Grass Moves, Dazzling Gleam, Extrasensory, Flash, Growth, Life Dew, Mind Reader, Mud Slap, Shadow Ball, Water Sport
+ Aromatherapy, Assurance, Beat Up, Barb Barrage, Brutal Swing, Dark Pulse, Fake Tears, Feint Attack, Fling, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Needle Arm, Night Slash, Parting Shot, Payback, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Power Trip, Punishment, Pursuit, Quash, Razor Leaf, Snatch, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, Taunt, Thief, Throat Chop, Torment

Flavor / Explanation:
Roseshade has a black/gray body, with it's eyes being either covered completely / behind an actual Masquerade mask. It's White top is the same, it's roses have visible thorns, and are white as well.

Dex Entry 1: Roseshade are known for being very territoral, and often use their sharp roses to fend off any intruder on their land.
Dex Entry 2: Roseshade do not get along with other pokemon often, if at all. They're common to try and deceive them constantly, as well as start fights for no reason.

Competitive Role:
On one side, Roseshade can be a technician user that uses a strong speed stat + parting shot to wack things and leave. On the other, it can be a t-spikes setter and abuser, as well as offensive pivot. Also can just explode things with Merciless Barb Barrage.

T-Spikes Pivot (Roseshade) @ Black Sludge / Life Orb / Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Merciless / Technician
- Toxic Spikes
- Barb Barrage
- Knock Off
- Parting Shot

Merciless Wallbreaker (Roseshade) @ Black Sludge / Life Orb / Poison Barb
Ability: Merciless
- Swords Dance
- Barb Barrage / Poison Jab
- Leaf Blade / Cross Chop
- Knock Off / Brutal Swing

:dp/magmortar:
Original Pokemon: Magmortar
New Pokemon: Magmortis (Magmortar + Mortis - latin for death)
Type: Ghost / Poison
Abilities: Cursed Body / Regenerator
Stats: 85 / 75 / 77 / 115 / 105 / 83 {BST: 540}
Weight: 48.0 kg
Movepool Changes:
  • + Shadow Ball, Hex, Destiny Bond, Sludge Bomb, Acid Spray, Corrosive Gas,, Sludge Wave, Shadow Ball
  • - All Fire moves except Will-O-Wisp
Height: idk
Flavor / Explanation: Based on the Egyptian god Ra. I thought this could make sense since the Magby line is based off of the Karura, which similar to Ra, possesses a bird-like head and humanoid-like body. Body shape remains similar, although it has a bit more of an egyptian theme to it as a result, and its head more resembles a falcon.
Competitive Role: Bulky Pivot with a load of utility, Teleport, Corrosive Gas, Acid Spray, WoW + Hex, are all usable options on this, and Regenerator allows it to keep healthy easier

kleavor.png

Original Pokemon: Kleavor
New Pokemon: Kleator (Kleavor + Torch)
Type: Fire / Fairy
Abilities: Flash Fire / Sheer Force / Sharpness
Stats: 70 / 120 / 95 / 45 / 85 / 85 {BST: 525}
Weight: 178 kg
Movepool Changes:
  • + Flare Blitz, Heat Crash, Play Rough
  • - All Bug (bar U-Turn) and Rock moves, Swords Dance
Height: will do this if it wins
Flavor / Explanation: Wields 2 flaming axes and has a firefighter helmet… not sure.
Competitive Role: Fire-type breaker and pivot with a nice defensive type to back it up.

:dp/togekiss:
Original Pokemon: Togekiss
New Pokemon: Togehiss (Togekiss + Hiss)
Type: Dark / Electric
Abilities: Hustle / Dazzling / Infiltrator
Stats: 90 / 50 / 105 / 115 / 95 / 90 {BST: 545}
Weight: 35.0 kg
Movepool Changes:
  • + Dark Pulse, Taunt, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Discharge
  • - All Fairy moves, All Flying moves (bar Defog)
Height: idk
Flavor / Explanation: Based off of bats, with more curved horns(?) to resemble devil horns. Color scheme is black (main body color), purple, and yellow (replacing the red and blue).
Competitive Role: Does Togekiss things, now with pivoting and a new typing, which is likely better offensively, but worse defensively. Offensive sets and defensive sets are likely both viable since it still has some pretty solid coverage. Sapras and Eelix are likely going to give this thing a hard time though.

:dp/gliscor:
Original Pokemon: Gliscor
New Pokemon: Cliscor (Clip + Gliscor)
Type: Bug / Fighting
Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Swarm / Poison Heal
Stats: 75 / 115 / 105 / 45 / 75 / 95 {BST: 510}
Weight: 50.5 kg
Movepool Changes:
  • + X-Scissor, Close Combat, Superpower, Low Kick
  • - All Ground moves, all Flying moves
Height: idk
Flavor / Explanation: Gliscor is based off of a LOT of stuff, so some of it will be changed here. Claws are a bit more scissor-like (less ridges in the middle of the claws) similar to the kamikiri, which is a yokai, and the end of the tail resembles more of a bee stinger. It’s also grounded, like an actual Scorpion.
Competitive Role: Offensive PHeal Pivot. SD sets with a combination of U-Turn, X-Scissor, Knock Off, or Close Combat are sure to threaten a lot of the meta. However, Smoninja, Aurodactyl, PhysDef Sapras and Soaperior are sure to give this mon some trouble.

Isn't Pengambit like, ridiculous with Sharpness?

:ss/dusknoir:
Original Pokémon: Dusknoir
New Pokémon: Desknoir
Type: Ghost/Normal
Abilities: Normalize | Pressure (HA)
Stats: 70 / 65 / 110 / 100 / 135 / 45 (525 BST)
Weight: 108 kg (238.1 lbs)
Movepool Changes:
+Strength Sap, Knock Off, Encore, Foul Play, Parting Shot
-Skill Swap, Blizzard, Earthquake, Focus Blast, elemental punches (except Shadow Punch)
Height: 2.02m (7'03")
Flavor/Explanation: If Dusknoir are the blue collars of the underworld, Desknoir are the white collar desk jockeys. Although their job is (in theory) to ensure everyone ends up in a suitable afterlife, most of that work falls on their coworkers, as Desknoir often take "vacations" to the mortal realm, wandering around notable landmarks and urban areas.
Appearance-wise, Desknoir have a brighter color scheme and have markings on their bodies resembling a dress shirt's seams and buttons. In addition, they also lack the characteristic belly mouths of Dusknoir and use their antennae as transmitters, through which they communicate with Dusknoir.
Competitive Role: Dusknoir with extra beef. More support-based, can work as a bulky pivot thanks to Parting Shot.

EDIT: Removed Strength Sap. I think that would've been just a bit too ridiculous.

Original Pokemon: Politoed
New Pokemon: Politox
Type: Fighting/Poison
Abilities: Poison Point/Scrappy/(Liquid Ooze)
Stats: 90/120/90/50/70/80
Weight: 56,4kgs
Movepool Changes: Full Rework
Viable Moves: Bulk Up, Close Combat, Corrosive Gas, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Play Rough, Recover, Rock Slide, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Thunder Punch, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Trailblaze, Yawn, Zen Headbutt, Gen 9 Universal TMs
Flavor Moves: Acid, Acid Spray, Amnesia, Belch, Body Press, Body Slam, Bounce, Bulldoze, Brick Break, Clear Smog, Coaching, Counter, Curse, Detect, Dig, Dive, Dizzy Punch, Double-Edge, Double Slap, Dynamic Punch, Echoed Voice, Feint, Fling, Focus Blast, Focus Punch, Giga Drain, Giga Impact, Helping Hand, Hyper Beam, Hyper Voice, Lick, Low Kick, Meditate, Mega Kick, Mega Punch, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Mud-Slap, Mud Sport, Poison Jab, Pound, Power-Up Punch, Purify, Rain Dance, Rock Climb, Rock Smash, Seismic Toss, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Snowscape, Strength, Submission, Superpower, Surf, Tickle, Uproar, Venoshock, Vital Throw, Wake-Up Slap, Waterfall, Water Pulse, Water Sport, Whirlpool

Height: 0,7 m
Flavor / Explanation: This poisonous frog, plagued by poison-immune predators like Zangoose, became a skilled fighter in its final evolution stage to take them out.
Competitive Role: Mix between a bulky mon and a physical wallbreaker. With 120 base attack, 120 BP stabs, Scrappy and pretty deep coverage, Politox is able to threaten a variety of pokemon. Its coverage is generally not that strong though as it may have to rely on 75BP moves like the elemental punches and Rock Slide to hit types like Flying and Bug. However, where it gets interesting is with Politox's defensive utility. Of course, Recover is notable, but a Poison/Fighting typing grants it a resistance to U-Turn and Knock Off which it can punish using Poison Point. It can also cripple opponents using Toxic/Toxic Spikes and Corrosive Gas while preventing them from healing using Taunt. It can be quite difficult to deal with a defensive Politox using those tools properly. Finally, its third likely set would use Bulk Up and potentially Taunt and Recover to setup against bulky teams that lack a good offensive answer to it. Overall, Politox is an interesting Wallbreaker or Stallbreaker and can even fit the role of Wall if you want it to.

:bw/roserade:
Original Pokemon: Roserade
New Pokemon: Roseroast
Type: Grass/Fire
Abilities: White Smoke/Infiltrator/(Flame Body)
Stats: 70/60/65/125/90/105 (515 BST)
Weight: 14.5kgs
Movepool Changes:
+Combustion*, Ember, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Inferno, Lava Plume, Mystical Fire, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
-Hidden Power, Life Dew, Poison Jab, Poison Sting, Sleep Powder, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Venoshock, Water Sport
*Combustion | 75 BP | Fire | Special | 100% Accuracy | 10PP (16 Max) | Removes Leech Seed or any Status the target has. If the previous effect activates, this move deals double damage.

Height: 0,9m
Flavor / Explanation: It generally emits smoke that smells like a delicious meal, but when angered, its body will heat up and it will start emitting dark smoke, suffocating those around it.
Competitive Role: Roseroast is a pretty fast special attacker with the ability to spread Status or Leech Seed to cripple opponents, moves which it can spread even through Substitutes using Infiltrator. These status moves can also pair well with its signature move, Combustion which gives it a burst of damage at the cost of removing the status. In general though, it might prefer the consistent damage of Flamethrower and Fire Blast. It's also a Leech Seed user that can hit Grass types super effectively, making it perfect for a Subseed set. It can also use its ability to force out targets as an opportunity to setup Spikes. As it is, Roseroast is quite threatening, being able to hit most of the meta for super effective damage. However, as the meta grows, it'll find itself walled by Fire and Dragon types. Finally, obligatory Appleton breaker, though Roseroast does abuse it especially well thanks to Substitute being a great option for it.

THE ACTUAL POST WOULD BE HERE
:porygon-z: loooks interesting. i do wonder if SD is needed here, this has a much higher amount of Attack than Lokix with TLens STAB FImp and i think it also would be cooler as a pivot that wants either longevity with boots or Power with Band.

:annihilape: SF Fire Lash is funny. I am unironically more worried about SFLO Special sets than physical though. Mon has more SpA than Nidoking lol. Probably fine.
:slowbro: Not a big fan but this do be just personal taste. A slow wallbreaker with the Fighting-type looks useful.
:stantler: interesting tank but no it wont use Spirit Break nor Chilling Water. WoW Moonblast looks really nice though.

:blissey: ??? this mon is so weird for the meta, i don't think it gives us anything healthy at this point of the game, we have physical walls already and we might not have physical mons or many fighting mons, but this mon doesnt really offer many of that and it turns into just blissey w a better type.
:scyther: the MGLO dmg here is big but this just looks like zam 2 with the option to run Regen or frailer, faster Reuniclus. i think this has a Nice presence on the meta but i do wonder if this is too much better than Starizard (probs isnt)
:mantine: i probably wouldnt be advocating for other Ground-types at this point but this one is kinda cool ngl as we need physically offensive mons since our physical threats rn are only Arcamine and Fweezing (and we have much more specially offensive mons). MIGHT be like the fourth or third ground type tank we get but... yeah
:probopass: uhhhhh this one is weird since its slower offensive heatran in a ground-full meta but having a special mon that hits Appleton well is v Nice.

:snorlax: ... Whirlwind is on the sample set. 100 Speed Comaphazing is NOT okay. You should remove phazing as a whole from this. That aside, yeah it's pretty cool.
:raichu: me when i get hit by the 20% flinch/ 30% para move (its Fiery Wrath and Dark Pulse). please nerf the ability to like 10% or remove it altogether it just feels like unneeded RNG. Just use thunder wave Bro!
:Kingambit: might be too strong? its speed looks like it makes up for the Power though. It's steel conk?
:probopass: weird mon. Power Extract might be too much.

:Tangrowth: Triage Double STAB SD sounds cringe, my advice is remove SD and just keep Bulk Up (takes more time to setup)
:scizor: lower Attack to like 120 and then its good. just does too much damage for its own good with Hammer and Claw.
:froslass: burning wisp is broken RN since it ignores resists. maybe make fire moves ignore abilities as a whole? but not ignore water types and other types resisting It.
:ambipom: id remove energyball just to be careful, this is much faster and a bit stronger pincurchin that still keeps rvoltage.

:raichu-alola: i have given enough thoughts about this that i think you can know i like this.
:glaceon: i think Glareon should lose either Glare ir Recover (preferably Glare) because of its stellar typing and the fact this move combo is obnoxious with good bulk like this (only Fweezing really scares this physically)
:dusknoir: MBounce bulky offensive! so cool! yeah i like this a bit, has some cool interactions
:Magmortar: pair this with Appleton and you have one of the most obnoxious cores in history. i dont think we would like Eternal Ice at this moment because we are in need of New Fighting and Fire-types. also Salt Cure but ice blergh. with slack off too

:crobat: both a phys attacker and a smoninja check (i LOVE wind rider). helps with the Ground-types we have here too. a positive addition.
:lickilicky: fire type Regen is quite literally FLAMES. CM also helps in damage output so you can sit on walls. CM Block Max Def also looks fun vs. Appleton teams.
:gallade: Koolade looks fun asf with 3A Recover, and Specs is also interesting. not much to say about this, you've described the sub very well.

:Dusknoir: Nice fire-type physical offensive mon. I enjoy this in our current meta and i think it has a nice presence with Dragon as its secondary type, giving it some good resists. Mold Breaker is funny lol.
:kingambit: finish your sub...

:Ursaring: remove Roar. Parental Bond CM looks stupid but Comatose even more. id say you could lower HP and get the atk a little higher though
:mismagius: NP Strength Sap Fairy/Poison might be too strong but its blanked by appleton so its ok
:slowking: Drizzle Slowking... Tbh it is probably fine by itself but Soaperior might be too strong with this. This works without Drizzle!
:hitmontop: does insane damage but its whatever, Eelix walls this and needs Guts to do anything.

:weavile: "(and more flavor moves)" WHICH MOVES. This looks. Bad. Did you see the Weavile gen9 movepool change? And even if it keeps the other moves this still doesnt seem really good. Swarm / Gluttony arent good abilities for a pivot and Aurodactyl walls you. At least give this Pressure back.

:snorlax: i said this already: really good mon.
:scizor: i'd remove either Sharpness or Contrary, focusing on one of the sets. having two different hard hitting sets looks kind of a mess to deal with.
:sudowoodo: really cool Pure Power mon, not something we see daily in Pet Mods. i would enjoy having this sub here.

:Crobat: Macrobat is weird. Not my favorite mon ever but its a cool Flying-type. So its a W i Guess, BDrum is funny and it aint broken

:Hitmonchan: fire types are appreciated at this state of the metagame. Will never be opposed to getting a phys one this slate If It isnt broken.
:Vileplume: nice spikes setter esp with dark typing and gunk shot. has some really cool tools to deal with the metagame. appreciated.

:yanmega: Comatose + Phazing is broken. Why did you add Whirlwind to a Comatose mon???? Just remove that please. Also Sleepwalk looks really unfun.
:wobbufet: looks not fun as a mon but it's probably balanced. whatever.
:raichu: looks funny with double Chilly Reception teams along with Fweezing, have a better opinion on it now.
:vileplume: EPIC MON. water type physical wallbreaker and dark type phys wallbreaker is. sooooo nice. i like it.
:chi-yu: ALSO, PLEASE MERGE YOUR SUBMISSIONS INTO ONE POST AND DON'T MAKE SEPARATE ONES. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING TO REVIEW IN THESE POSTS. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE. :chi-yu:

:kingdra: amazing typing. i'm glad you removed Scale Shot/Swords Dance (idk) because that combo would be busted right now. Tinted Lens looks fun regardless.
:scyther: very smart mon. water, phys wallbreaker. but it can kill eelix. appleton checks anyways so its okay.
:farigiraf: 3rd lasher of the slate but the only w no SF. i like this one since it has an useful typing and an interesting statline. not a big fan of SD but keep it, i'm just crying about it.
:froslass: this is also fun. sharpness double STABs SD looks really nice, especially with Aqua Cutter as coverage. Nice Spikes Bro!

:slowbro: Drought pivot with x4 rock weakness is So Cool. shame that we dont have any fires as of now but im sure this will change this slate RIGHT GUYS?
:clefable: not sure on what it would use No Guard but Steelworker is epic. very good offensive mon, with a very good typing for the meta. clefable doesnt have slack off. has soft boiled instead.
:yanmega: really interesting defensive steel with nice utility. i'd remove Roost so this can be more interesting as a regen steel, doesnt need reliable recovery.
:mamoswine: sub doesnt have no problem rn but please add the moves you want, this slate is ending soon.

:lickilicky: Unburden BDrum looks... really fun!!!!! Has a middling atk stat so it's probably fine.
:roserade: I wonder if you could lower its SpA just a tiny bit (5-10) to make it more reliably answered. It's currently fine though, good job!
:stantler: this will never use band reckless or any other set when it can BAND GRASSY GLIDE MFS. not that this is a bad thing, thats a flavor ability here though. curse looks funny and twave also does.

i will just copypaste from discord:
:crobat: Crowbar looks fun. I don't really know what it would run but SFLO and a bulkier roost set look both real
:snorlax: lax is a snow setter. no comment but nice FWEEZING support.
:togekiss: Toge is the best mon here imo, i really like how it functions esp w pivoting over Roost, might be a good scarfer
except ill give a new though on ursaluna:
:ursaring: fun slow offensive mon with a really good damage output and recovery. crunch pgeist eq moonlight is POG! there r also special sets ig?

:mantine: appreciate you listening and removing Salt Cure since it would be insane with it n.n. nice smoninja check so i'm satistied
:mr-mime: Good As Gold is an insane ability that you should be careful when distributing. i don't think anyone wants a GaG mon here right now so i'd advise you to remove it. nice mon otherwise.

:scyther: ive said it on discord and i will say it again. BASED. SFLO flare blitz gunk shot with rocks weakness is like stranger darmanitan but this makes me enjoy it lots in this meta.
:rhyperior: weird typing for a special mon but the weirder the better. excited for this, looks terrifying as a webs setter but not broken kek.
:honchkrow: 125 SpA STAB Meteor Beam ROCKS. Goes HARD, etc. also nice mega launcher aura sphere ppulse lol.
:probopass: i dont like this being this bulky. get some 20 of each def and give it more spe or atk lol. nowhere as threatening as id expect a snow setter to be and it being bulky sounds kinda boring for a stab boltbeam mon. (all personal thoughts never think this has to do with council if its not it being broken)

:wigglytuff: interesting drought mon that has also a good defensive profile with a great typing and Recover.
:magnezone: im ngl this is a sub that i particularly dont think will work well. Grav Apple Adaptability 140 Atk does sound obnoxious though, especially with DRACO METEOR adap.
:gallade: this looks terrifyingly fast for a snow setter but i'm all for it. this looks rad asf.
:froslass: Sharpness CPoison and NSlash looks really good but i'd remove SD and probably Aqua Cutter (just SD is fine though) because this is genuinely scary.

:scyther: (will rate them together since theyre almost the same mon with a few exceptions) both look fun with nice typings, scizopod looking more useful here. Waterborne Aura is the biggest "i want to be killed by Eelix" ability ever but it also makes you want to play safer with these offensive behemoths. i'd remove flip turn from them just to make this even funnier and interesting play-wise. good subs.
:mantine: just to confirm: does Moss Entangle keep lowering target's Speed even if you don't use the move? like Salt Cure? regardless, looks like a fun mon.

:dusknoir: poor rustnoir, was born in a meta with a morbillion number of grounds. but actually a really nice special wall that is obnoxious even to grounds with MORTAL SPIN!!!!!!!!
:umbreon: umbreons new model looks so nice lol. going back to the sub, yeah i like mixed eeveelution as an idea, and hustle will hit HARD so i am grateful for you making it have just 95 atk. good job.

:politoed: idk if i feel comfortable with a 100 SpA Ice Beam to cover Rising Voltage ESurge here. would like either spa lowered or ice beam out (preferrably spa)

:mr-mime: looks like an interesting physical mon, notably being stronger than grimm. should also set screens up well.

:magmortar: nice NP fire mon. having a way to win against appleton while still being special is great. i do wonder if anything bar soaperior walls this though... probably fine.
:probopass: some of the council was worried about this being too bulky for its power. maybe remove some spd and dump it on atk? i feel like it's fine but it's good to do something.

:dusknoir: this looks like my sub Flaporeon, so of course i would enjoy this. really nice typing for the current metagame. nice job.

:belossom: everyone told you to remove QD since this was insane and you did it. now this sub is VERY COOL.
:roserade: barb barrage might be too good but idk. im intrigued tho.

:magmortar: i dont like Mortal Spin here, otherwise cool.
:scyther: looks like SFLO sets do good damage here. Based.
:togekiss: Specs sets look fun with this typing and kit. i like this one a lot.
:gliscor: this mon is FABULOUS. typing feels like its going to be real fun on the metagame especially with Poison Heal. this might be one of my favorites yet.

:scizor: gave thoughts before, really cool.
:kingambit: this one is insane with Sharpness. i'd say just outright remove it since Icy Blade SD Aqua Cutter CC is INSANE in many levels (you also have more move options).

:dusknoir: good balance here, removing skill swap and not giving it strength sap. looks like a nice bulky pivot and its typing is cool. can do good damage too.

:roserade: SubSeed looks amazing with Combustion and this beats Appleton. i Want!

phew oh my god this took so long..
you have 24 hours to do any more submissions this is the last warning

:Tangrowth: Triage Double STAB SD sounds cringe, my advice is remove SD and just keep Bulk Up (takes more time to setup)
:scizor: lower Attack to like 120 and then its good. just does too much damage for its own good with Hammer and Claw.
:froslass: burning wisp is broken RN since it ignores resists. maybe make fire moves ignore abilities as a whole? but not ignore water types and other types resisting It.
:ambipom: id remove energyball just to be careful, this is much faster and a bit stronger pincurchin that still keeps rvoltage.
Damn, all four of my Pokemon are broken lol. To be honest, I did see it coming for Lobizor but didn't change it because I wanted you to make sure first. The others not so much which just proves I suck at balancing Pokemon lmao. I'm fine with most of your changes, but for Burning Wisp, I just don't want it to be an inferior Mold Breaker since it is supposed to be a good, unique ability so how about Fire-type moves ignore abilities and special defense boosts through moves like Calm Mind? Probably irrelevant most of the time since you're not likely to set up on it but it's something extra.

Gotten rid of Glare from Glareon, and reduced Glaciotar’s Defense (dumped into lesser good Attack) alongside replacing Eternal Ice by Ice Body. I hope those are enough.

small issues outside of Lobizor and Burning Wisp. I appreciate having your subs here!

Thank you so much! I’m happy that you enjoy my subs, especially since you sounded so critical. I changed everything you asked. I removed Swords Dance for Wormgrowth, removed Energy Ball for Ampipow, changed Burning Wisp, and substituted 20 of Lobizor’s Atk for SpD and SpA.

Thanks!
I was wondering why making Pickipicky mixed and with No Guard... I ended up changing it to have full abilities related to items: Frisk/Pickpocket and Unburden. I also gave him a hard-hitting new dark physical move, but only if its target holds an item.

Frozerad SpA was halved.

It was Rock Head actually on Wiredeer! My mistake! Thanks and corrected it on the sub.

Original Pokemon: Tangrowth
New Pokemon: Wormgrowth
Type: Bug / Fighting
Abilities: Contrary / Gooey / Triage (HA)
Stats: 100 / 110 / 125 / 60 / 90 / 50 | 535
Weight: 155.7 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Close Combat, Superpower, Drain Punch, First Impression, Leech Life, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Bulk Up
- All Grass-type moves besides Power Whip and Energy Ball, Morning Sun, Swords Dance
Flavor: All the vines are replaced with long, icky green worms! The body is also white now with blue tips.
Role: Bulky attacker that can heal itself with priority-boosted moves such as Drain Punch and Leech Life using Triage. Also can be a bulky set-up sweeper with Contrary and Superpower. However, it's very slow and has no reliable recovery, forcing it to rely on offensive healing options. Plus it has a few annoying weaknesses such as Fire and a 4x one to Flying.

Original Pokemon: Scizor
New Pokemon: Lobizor
Type: Water / Rock
Abilities: Tough Claws / Solid Rock / Weak Armor
Stats: 70 / 120 / 90 / 55 / 90 / 75 | 500
Weight: 104kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Crabhammer, Liquidation, Flip Turn, Aqua Jet, Stone Claw, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Rock Blast, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish
- All Bug-type moves besides X-Scissor
Flavor: It's a rock lobster! The claws have been replaced with lobster claws, the wings have been removed, the entire body is rock instead of steel, and there's an added lobster tail.
Role: An incredibly strong wallbreaker with Tough Claws and two very powerful STAB moves in Crabhammer and Stone Claw, with loads of great coverage options like Earthquake and Close Combat. However, average at best bulk with poor speed and defensive typing make it easily revenge killed.

A Crabhammer clone but Rock type, 80 BP, and 100% Accuracy.

Original Pokemon: Froslass
New Pokemon: Flarelass
Type: Fire / Fairy
Abilities: Burning Wisp
Stats: 70 / 50 / 80 / 110 / 60 / 110 | 480
Weight: 28.3 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Overheat, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Moonblast, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot
- All Water and Ice type moves, Thunderbolt
Flavor: Basically the split line of my other Poketype Flalire, so a similar design. The purple interior is replaced with a firey core, and the eyes are replaced with gaping holes. The ice exterior is replaced with a rocky design, with red instead of blue crystals. The band is also removed.
Role: Can be a suicide lead just like regular Froslass, but also has a solid offensive presence with an incredible ability in Burning Wisp. With this, it can be a solid set-up sweeper with Calm Mind or Nasty Plot. However, Flareless has unfortunate weaknesses to common types in Water, Ground, and Rock. It also has a Stealth Rock weakness. This combined with its very poor bulk makes it easily revenge killed, especially by special attackers.

All Fire-type moves ignore the opponent’s abilities and Special Defense boosts.

Original Pokemon: Ambipom
New Pokemon: Ampipow
Type: Electric / Psychic
Abilities: Technician / Analytic / Electric Surge (HA)
Stats: 75 / 60 / 66 / 100 / 66 / 115 | 482
Weight: 37.7 kg
Movepool Changes:
+ Volt Switch, Charge Beam, Psychic, Psyshock, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Flash Cannon, Dazzling Gleam
- All Fighting-type moves, all Dark-type moves besides Nasty Plot, U-Turn, Switcheroo, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Gunk Shot
Flavor: The hand tails have been replaced with bright light bulbs and wires, while the body is now robotic with an electric, yellow and pink-colored body. The hair on top has also been removed.
Role: Basically just a better Alolan Raichu while actually being a good Electric Terrain setter, unlike Pincurchin. Nasty Plot, 100/115 SpA and Speed, and Electric Surge all make it devastatingly powerful to any non-Ground user. It also has great coverage like Focus Blast and Energy Ball to counter Dark and Ground types. But it's extremely frail and has awful weaknesses to Ground, Dark, and Ghost. Its moves outside of Thunderbolt can also be rather middling in power without a Nasty Plot boost due to its only average SpA stat.
I further nerfed these Pokemon out of personal recommendations by the Discord server. Hope they're still good and viable.

I apologize for the wait, but subs are now closed, so it's time for vetoes.

Original Pokemon: Porygon-Z
New Pokemon: Porygen-Δ
Type:

Abilities: Tinted Lens / Download / Natural Cure
Stats: 85 / 135 / 75 / 80 / 70 / 90
Weight: 34 kg
Movepool Changes:

+ First Impression, U-Turn, Lunge, Zing Zap, Ice Spinner, Psycho Cut
- Sharpen, Conversion, Conversion 2, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Nasty Plot, Psychic

Flavor / Explanation: Antivirus Porygon
Competitive Role: Pure Bug seems like it would be terrible, but Tinted Lens U-Turn says otherwise. Currently, 1/2 of the tier resists Bug, leading to Porygen being able to deal significant damage with it's pivoting ability.
You have 3 different Pokemon from the Kanto category here (all from Eevee), you will need to remove one of them.
We've also deemed Tinted Lens to be a bit too much on Porygen-Δ with First Impression, as it will likely hit too hard with that ability for the current meta. Remove Tinted Lens and it should be good to go.

Movepool Changes:

Height: 2.1 m (6'11")
Flavor / Explanation:
Genuinely just a transparent-looking Snorlax with the iconic balloon string.
Competitive Role:
Provides a myriad of support options rather than a Curse win-condition like base Snorlax. Basically a clone of Scream Tail.
Snorloon @ Leftovers
Ability: Comatose
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD OR 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD

Original Pokemon: Raichu
New Pokemon: Ikarichu (Ikari, Japanese for 'Wrath' + Chu, Japanese for 'Squeak')

Movepool Changes:
+ Fiery Wrath
+ Crunch
+ Dark Pulse
+ Throat Chop
+ Lash Out
- Play Rough
- Draining Kiss

Height: 0.8 m (2'07")
Flavor / Explanation:
Raichu brought over to the dark side. Gains some dark colorations all over it's body, producing a "corruption" effect. Heavily inspired by Morpeko as both are rodents.
Competitive Role:
Extremely powerful special wallbreaker with an unresisted STAB combination.
Ikarichu @ Life Orb / Air Balloon
Ability: Thunder Bane
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Fiery Wrath
- Surf / Focus Blast
- Nasty Plot
Ikarichu @ Choice Specs
Ability: Thunder Bane
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Fiery Wrath
- Volt Switch
- Surf / Focus Blast
Snorloon is ridiculously bulky and has Comatose with reliable recovery, making it much too difficult to break through; would recommend either making it easier to break offensively or removing Roost as a whole. Ikarichu is extremely threatening with its coverage, Nasty Plot, 135 spA, and solid speed as well as its great STAB combo; I would recommend lowering the special attack down 15 points.

+ Moonblast, Moonlight, Calm Mind.
- Sleep Talk, Rest, Seismic Toss, Roar.
Flavor / Explanation: momma bear, has a pouch for teddiursas, fits 5 of those
Competitive Role: bulky fairy w weird typing and infinite coverage powered up by parental bond
Ursacuna is a bit too bulky for reliable recovery with Comatose. Remove Moonlight and it should be good to go.

Flavour: Chainsaw arms. Yellow body, white blades.
Role: Contrary speed boosting cleaner, or physical breaker in general.
Nothing’s wrong with Chainsor balance wise, but the name is too different, so we recommend changing it to Sawzor.

Movepool Changes:

- All grass-type moves except Sleep Powder; Sunny Day; Rain Dance; Natural Gift; Secret Power; Spikes; Swords Dance; Growth.
+ Snowscape, Aurora Veil, Mist, Powder Snow, Ice Shard, Icy Wind, Frost Breath, Icicle Spear, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Ice Spinner, Triple Axel, Freeze-Dry; U-Turn, Focus Blast, Rapid Spin, Sludge Wave, Sludge, Hex.

Flavor: Frozerad is the result of a cute pokemon beeing exposed to radioactive contamination. Born as Coldew, a pure Ice-type cute blob that evolves into Frostelia, they lived in harmony on snowy areas. But everything changed when the fire nation attacked when humans started to invade their territory. In search for more electric energy in a place with few natrual resources to explore, humans started building nuclear power plants. Frostelia and Coldew were exposed to different amounts of radiation, and this let to Frostelia adapting and evolving into a new form, now Ice and Poison-type, that the humans named Frozerad. Frozerad can absorb radiation that contaminates the environment and metabolize it in an unique way pokemon magic to produce blizzards.

Competitive role: Specs breaker with adaptability boosted Freeze-Dry (must rely on Focus Miss to hit steels). Snow and veil setter with sleep powder. Toxic stall with corrosion (discount Ice-type Salazzle). Spinner that can toxic steels and poisons and can pressure flyers with ice stab. There is actually very few switches right now once this thing gets in a safe spot: grounds and waters are way too afraid of Freeze-Dry for try anything, even Eelix can't risk tanking too much. Aurodactyl receives neutral damage at best. Smoninja can't properly spin-block risking ice stab. Sapras is just a joke, receives way too much damage from both its stabs. I can only think of SpDef Furant and Appleton, and they risk get Focus Blasted.
Frozerad hits a bit too hard with Adaptability sets, especially with Freeze-Dry and its coverage. I'd recommend lowering its spA by around 10-15 points or remove Adaptability.

Flame Body/Sheer Force//Poison Touch

Gunk Shot, Cross Poison, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Acid Spray, Fire Lash, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Heat Crash, Burn Up, Overheat, Scald

All rock moves, Bug Bite, Silver Wind

Feavor is a sickly green pokemon with spindly feeble limbs and silky white cloths at the ends of its arms that it uses to cover its face when it sneezes, spreading contagions to everything it touches. It's said that making contact with this pokemon causes an unknown and incurable sickness but many doctors recommend burn heals found at any Pokemart

Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Body Press, Meteor Beam, Ancient Power, Petrifying Pulse*, Smack Down, Rock Blast, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Earth Power, Terrain Pulse, Charge Beam, Heal Pulse
Rock | Special | 55 bp | 100% acc | 15 pp
All pokemon that are not Rock, Ground, or Steel type have their speed lowered by 1 stage | Pulse move

All dark moves besides Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Foul Play, and Taunt, all flying moves except Acrobatics, Defog, Drill Peck, Air Cutter

It is unwise to provoke a Launchkrow, as they are known to call in a horde of Hurkrow to supply them with projectiles, sometimes using the Hurkrow themselves. They use their large furry paws to stabilize themselves while launching powerful attacks from their tails.
Feavor having both Swords Dance and Fire Lash is likely a bit too much. Remove one of them and it should be good, most likely SD. Unburden Meteor Beam is too strong on Launchkrow considering its high special attack and usable speed; we recommend replacing Unburden with another ability

Applezone actually has some usable coverage with Superpower and EQ and hits way too hard with Adaptability sets; Adaptability needs to be removed and then it's probably good. Ghoullade is ridiculously fast with Aurora Veil and would likely make HO a bit too strong, so the speed likely needs to be lowered significantly, probably at least 35-40 points or Aurora Veil needs to be removed.

You have 24 hours to fix your subs!

Thanks! Frozerad got 15 points less in SpA. 5 gone to Def, 5 to HP and 5 to Speed. Also removed U-turn. I should've done it earlier but i just forgot it... Don't really think Freeze-Dry stab with adaptability, or an offensive poison type with stab ice coverage, needs pivoting in a meta where the biggest walls are Ground, Water and Grass, there are few Steels, and good hazard control. It needs to be punished more.

It could also abuse tera ghost + corrosion + Hex, so I also removed Hex. Ah yes, there is no tera but it doesn't need it anyway. It already learns Shadow Ball, and right now the only Psychic or Ghost types it covers are weak to Ice also (Starizard and Smoninja). Honestly, Freeze-Dry, Sludge Bomb/Wave and Focus Blast hits the whole tier for super-effective damage, except for Audoractyl.

There is no tera so Hex is fine.

Nothing’s wrong with Chainsor balance wise, but the name is too different, so we recommend changing it to Sawzor.
Here's some potential names that I'm considering, do any of them fit the criteria? If not, I'll change it to Sawzor.
  • Schainzor (I replaced the 'i' with a 'hain', a bit of a stretch)
  • Scizsaw

They should both work here, I personally prefer Scizsaw a bit more but you can choose your favorite out of those!
